中國知名的商用車制造企業福田汽車與依維柯集團旗下設計、生產和銷售輕型、中型和重型商用車的依維柯品牌簽署備忘錄，探索在巴西和阿根廷市場的合作機會。
Beiqi Foton Motor Co., Ltd.(hereinafter referred to as “Foton”), a leading commercial vehicle manufacturer in China, and IVECO, the brand of Iveco Group N.V. (EXM: IVG) that designs, manufactures and markets light, medium and heavy commercial vehicles, announce the signing of a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) to explore possible collaboration in developing innovative solutions focused on the Brazilian and Argentinian markets.
福田汽車和依維柯在2024年開始共同探索合作機會，此次簽署備忘錄，再次確定了雙方就合作的承諾。
This new MoU reaffirms the two brands’ joint commitment to explore cooperation opportunities, which began in 2024.
備忘錄于4月8日在巴西圣保羅，由福田汽車副總經理陳青山與依維柯拉丁美洲政府關系總監Eduardo Freitas共同簽署。
The signing took place on April 8th in S?o Paulo, Brazil, in the presence of Eduardo Freitas, Head of Institutional Relations of IVECO for Latin America, and Chen Qingshan, Vice President of Foton.
